Indledning

Dette dokument beskriver brugen af tredjeparts software og/eller tekniske dokumenter, der bliver distribueret ved leverancer af kildekoden for komponenter udviklet og vedligeholdt i regi af projektet DDS, herunder:

• MinLog services (Registreringsservice, Udtræksservice, SDM4 Minlogimporter)
• Samtykkeservices (Consent services)
• Dokumentdelingsservices (tidligere kendt som NPI services)
• National adviseringsservice
• Fælles-komponenter

Fælles for disse komponenter er, at softwaren leveres som kildekode og tilhørende Maven-projektfiler, som kunden benytter til selv at bygge eksekverbar software ud fra. Det forventes at kunden udfører denne proces og dermed er klar over, at Maven henter tredjepartssoftware, som ikke er nævnt i dette dokument. Pga. brugen af Maven er det kun et mindre antal tredjeparts software og/eller dokumenter, der direkte distribueres ved leverancen, selvom komponenterne ved runtime er afhængige af flere biblioteker for at kunne køre.

Statement omkring tredjepartsprodukter

De følgende tredjepartsprodukter er påkrævet under udvikling og/eller ved runtime, og distribueres med leverancen.
Disse produkter er underlagt de i tabellen angivne licensbetingelser. I underafsnit er der beskrevet tredjepartsprodukter, der kun anvendes af visse af komponenterne nævnt i afsnit 1.

Ihe.net copyright licenses

IHE International hereby grants to each Member Organization, and to any other user of these documents, an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, nontransferable, nonexclusive, non-sublicensable license under its copyrights in any IHE Profiles and Technical Framework documents, as well as any additional copyrighted materials that will be owned by IHE International and will be made available for use by Member Organizations, to reproduce and distribute (in any and all print, electronic or other means of reproduction, storage or transmission) such IHE Technical Documents.

The licenses covered by this Copyright License are only to those copyrights owned or controlled by IHE International itself.
